Consultation Process: Every build starts with understanding your needs. What software do you run? What games do you play, and at what resolution and frame rates? Do you need whisper-quiet operation for a recording studio, or maximum airflow for sustained rendering? What’s your budget? We translate your requirements into component specifications that make sense.

Component Selection: We source components through our Rectron partnership, giving you access to genuine products with full manufacturer warranties. Members benefit from our 10% markup versus typical retail markups of 30-50%. We recommend balanced builds—there’s no point pairing a top-tier GPU with a bottlenecking CPU—and we’ll explain our recommendations so you can make informed decisions.

Assembly & Testing: Our technicians assemble your system with attention to detail: proper thermal paste application, optimized cable management for airflow and aesthetics, and BIOS configuration including XMP profiles. Every system undergoes extended stress testing—CPU, GPU, and memory—to ensure stability before delivery.

Delivery & Support: We deliver your system with Windows installed (if requested), drivers updated, and essential software configured. Once components are in stock, assembly and testing typically takes 3-5 business days. Component availability varies—common parts are usually immediate, while specific items may require a few days to order. We'll provide a timeline with your quote.

Each component carries its manufacturer warranty (typically 2-5 years depending on the part). Additionally, we provide a 12-month workmanship warranty covering our assembly. If something fails, bring it to us and we'll handle the warranty process with the manufacturer
